Data Logger Manufacturer in India
Ideabytes IoT is a data logger manufacturer in India and an original equipment manufacturer, not a trader or reseller. We have designed and built temperature and humidity data loggers since 2009, with our headquarters in Ottawa, Canada, and our development centre in Hyderabad, India. Every logger in the catalogue, from Wi-Fi, 4G and Ethernet models to USB, Bluetooth and offline units, is designed by our own engineers, manufactured in India and supported by the same team that wrote its firmware and cloud software.
Hardware, firmware and software are developed in-house. Our Hyderabad development centre handles electronics design, firmware and the cloud platform, and the loggers are manufactured in India, from PCB assembly through enclosure, testing and packing. Because we own the design, we can change a probe, a range, a housing or a report format for a project, which a trader importing finished units cannot easily do.
We are a QCI-approved OEM and are registered on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), so government hospitals, laboratories, cold chain programmes and public sector units can buy Ideabytes data loggers directly through GeM. Ideabytes is also a DOT-approved M2M service provider, which is why our 4G loggers ship with a built-in M2M SIM and work out of the box without the customer arranging a separate data connection.
Our loggers are telecom-grade, built for continuous operation in demanding sites, and the software produces 21 CFR Part 11 compliant reports with access control, audit trails and alarm logs. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27017:2015 for cloud security. Individual products carry CE, FCC and IC marks as listed on each product page.
Accurate data matters as much as connectivity. NABL-traceable calibration certificates are available on request for the loggers and probes you order, and our team can advise on recalibration intervals for regulated sites. For projects that need the whole room assessed first, our Expert Check service reviews the site before you buy.
Support comes from India-based engineers who know the products, with 24/7 emergency support and a toll-free line for customers in India. We supply single units, multi-site rollouts and customised OEM configurations; bulk and OEM enquiries are handled directly by our sales team, who can share lead times, documentation and certificates for your tender or vendor registration. Customers range from pharmaceutical plants and hospitals to dairies, food processors, cold storage operators and warehouses, and the same platform scales from one refrigerator to hundreds of monitoring points across many sites, all managed from a single dashboard and mobile app.

Is Ideabytes a data logger manufacturer or a trader?
Ideabytes is a manufacturer. We design the electronics, firmware and cloud software ourselves and manufacture the loggers in India, and we are a QCI-approved OEM. That means we can customise ranges, probes, housings and reports for a project, and support comes from the engineers who built the product rather than from an importer.
Where are Ideabytes data loggers made?

Yes. Do you take bulk or OEM orders?
Yes. We supply single units, multi-site rollouts and larger OEM requirements.
