Temperature Data Logger

A temperature data logger is a specialized data logger designed to measure and record temperature at regular intervals. These devices use internal or external temperature sensors (such as thermistors, thermocouples, or PT100 RTDs) to capture precise readings and store them digitally.

Temperature data loggers come in various form factors — from compact USB loggers for single-use transit monitoring to multi-channel 4G-connected systems capable of monitoring 8 or more zones simultaneously with real-time cloud reporting.

Temperature monitoring is legally required in pharmaceuticals (FDA 21 CFR Part 11), food handling (HACCP), vaccine storage (WHO PQS), and many other regulated industries. A temperature excursion — even a brief one — can render an entire batch of medication worthless or make food unsafe for consumption.
